The first match will determine United’s chances to win the Premier League and this will be against Chelsea on Saturday. The second match will determine if United will proceed to the Semi Finals of the Champions League and this will be against Bayern Munich who has already won the first leg against United 2-1. This could have been a normal week for Manchester United, but with the injury of their goal machine, Wayne Rooney, the question that is floating: Will Manchester be able to survive without the Golden “Man”?

Many football clubs have spent huge amount of money on acquiring new talents while others have received huge amount of money on selling their talents and the remaining few didn’t enter the players transfer bazaar preferring to go on in the battle with their current players. North West of England will be a witness for a new tough derby between its two football legends, Manchester United and Liverpool. These two clubs have enjoyed a fierce rivalry through a long football history. This rivalry has also been accompanied with the “Winning” habit. The “Red Devils” and the “Reds” are by far the best successful teams in the history of English Football with each grabbing 18 League title since 1888 to present including both the English League and the Premier League which was launched in 1992. While Manchester United dominating the domestic competitions as a whole with total of 50 to 47, Liverpool on the other side were writing success in the European fields with a total of 11 titles to 7.
